Here you go. What differs from my build and the top guy's build is the fact that I used a different power supply (I trust this one more), I got a weaker card, but it's still pretty good, and I gave you one of the fastest 7200 RPM HDD's (the 640GB Black HDD uses less platters therefore resulting in faster read/write speeds).

There will always be a price drop in a month or two. I say if you need it now, get it now.

I don't suggest 8GB, but to get a quad and an antec 900, I'm thinking about $150.

I would go with a Quad before getting 8gb of ram. Its not quite worth the money.
The Antec 900 is a nice case but I'm a fan of Cooler Master's Centurion 690. Great airflow with accommodation for 7 fans, comes with 3.
If budget is an issue, the 590 offers similar performance for $20 less.
i'm just wonder how much will i need for a decent quad system, but thank you
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128358
Gigabyte's P45 overclocking madness board! Its $10 cheaper for the UD3R with only one less PCI-E slot. Top quality for LGA 775.

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115041
Great quad going Intel.

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127420
Not the prettiest card but a 4830 for $75 + FS? Hard to beat unless you wait till April or so. Definitely the option to CrossFire later on.

Ram: http://www.techbargains.com/news_displayItem.cfm/156391
4GB for $15 is an unbeatable price. Sure you won't overclock your ram as much but that's what ram dividers are for.

Cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835233029
Brilliant cooling for the price.

HD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136319
They make solid hard drives with good performance. It comes with a 5 year warranty as well.
10% off any HD at newegg

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119152
Honestly, a budget case is one with free shipping but the Cooler Master 590 offers such good airflow for a relatively low price. Best to pick this one up at a Fry's or MicroCenter.

Optical: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827136152
I had a Lite-On that continuously gave bad burns. Picked up this LG and I've been problem-free since.

OS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116488
I've never had a problem with Vista Home and its a lot cheaper.

April price drops would be for graphics (which is a decent part of any budget). Hope you don't mind mail-in-rebates. You can also consider a Phenom II build. Swap out the board and CPU for about the same price.

I agree, if your going to increase your budget, get a quad and a different case and call it good!
