Building the best system i can out of the 2 systems i have

so i want to pick and choose parts to build the best system, for overclocking under watercooling, that i can out of the parts i have already...time to choose

(will be watercooled) CPU: Intell Q6600 G0 or Q8200
(NB will be watercooled) MB: Asus P5k Premium wifi or Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
(will be watercooled) GPU: 8800gt(leaning towards this) or 2900pro
Memory: 4GB (2x2gb) Patriot Viper II 1066 MHz
HDD: 3x 1TB (Caviar Green) 2x 320GB (WD caviar)
PSU: OCZ ModxStream 600w(Leaning towards this because its modular), Antec Trio 650w, Pc Power and Cooling 500w
Case: Antec P180 (case is predrilled for WC and Quieter stock), CM Centron 5
Sound Card: Presonus 2626 (needed for recording)
OS: Win7 64 Bit

HDD: Tell me what models they are. Best be here would probably be 2x 1TB in RAID0 and 1x 1TB for important backups.

Q6600, Q8200 can't overclock dou to very low multi
DS3R
8800GT obviously
2x2GB
320GB Raid0, 3x1TB single drive
PC P&C 500w, I don't like OCZ at all

CPU: Q6600 (only because it has more L2 Cache, otherwise I would say get the 45nm Q82)
