Burnout PC, legendary cars?

I saw a video from youtube about some legendary cars in Burnout Paradise..

Are them available for PC too? or just console versions of the game?

And if yes, how can I unlock them?

Hum..

When you are at the car selection screen, it tells you how many card you have unlocked out of the total. Keep winning races and finding shortcuts.
