So I am planning on getting 2x 120mm fans and 1x 140mm fan.

Noiseblocker BlackSilent 120mm, XLP Rev.3.0 and Gentle Typhoon 120mm, 1150rpm come to mind when it comes to 120mm fans.
After reading some reviews I can't make up my mind which fans to get to. (You can also suggest other fans!)

On the 140mm department I have no clue what fans are actually good.

The 120mm fans would be pulling air into the case and the one 140mm would be pushing the air out of the case.

Main factors are:
- Noise Level.
- How well it moves air.
- Has to be PWM.

I would go with the Thermalright TY-143 for the 140mm, and Akasa Viper or Apache (PWM) for the 120mm. Both work quite well at nice low, quiet speeds but unlike fans that max out at 1200-1450rpm, these both will provide significant headroom should the need for more cooling arise.
