The 7750 has a higher score on the video card benchmarks than the 640 right? And you say GDDR5 but its GDDR3 memory in the title.

Get a HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 card.

the HD 7750 GDDR5 version is much faster than a GT 640 GDDR3 or HD 7750 GDDR3

1920 x 1200

GT 640 - 43
HD 7750 - 63

HD 7750 is more than 40% faster than GT 640. the GT 630 is even more slower. even spending 10 bucks extra including shipping is worth it because you are getting a significantly faster card than GT 630 and GT 640.

the HD 7750 does not require a 6 pin PCI-E power connector. uses 61w. but you need a quality 350w power supply with atleast 24 - 26A on +12v rail. what cpu are you using. it would be better if you fill your config.

Does the Club3D one run hot (and noisy) because it is single slot?
It's up to you, if you're after silence go for the HIS.
