Just to start off, your budget is way too low for a 2560X1440 monitor so thats out of the question. 120HZ isnt really worth it unless you want 3D so i wouldnt consider buying a 120hz if i was you. Matte vs Glossy depends on your preferences but most come with Matte (which can be a good thing if you want to avoid glare as much as possible). Now IPS vs LCD: i would say dont depend a lot on it because colors depend more on the quality of the display than the technology. 16:9 vs 16:10 : 16:9 without a doubt (latest and most popular aspect ratio). Low ms vs high ms : lowest possible is best but nothing from 5ms and under makes a difference.

now for displays:
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236309 (ASUS 27 inch 1080p IPS 5ms LED) for 350$
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005369 (LG 27 inch 1080p non-IPS 5ms LED) for 290$ i own the 24 inch version and its an excellent monitor

So do any one know which seller sells a guaranteed (No dead pixel ) Korean IPS and which one is the best model and what is the difference between the normal and the tempered glass?
