Buying a Silverstone FT02 Case:... Questions

1. Tengo entendido que no todas vienen con AP181s, sólo ciertas "revisiones" y eso ya depende de la suerte, porque por lo general no puedes decidir sobre eso al comprar en los lugares de siempre (Newegg, Amazon, etc..)

2. SÃ*. En la raven (y por supuesto, en la fortress) y en cualquier otra caja asÃ* sea la más mala de todas, los ventiladores no están fijos...perfectamente se pueden reemplazar.

3. a) Los materiales usados en la caja FT02 son metales (aluminio y acero), mientras que la raven utiliza plástico y acero; b) La FT02 viene con un material de absorción de ruido en las paredes; c) La más obvia, la forma exterior, porque el diseño interior y la refrigeración, son lo mismo.

Looking at the pictures of the case on newegg it doesn't look like it comes with the penetrator fans. It looks like ti has the regular 180mm with a silverstone adapter on it to focus the airflow. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999217

Now I'm sure you can swap them out for the penetrator fans as they are all 180mm. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835220039

The major difference on the inside is the HDD bays. The FT02 has in my opinion a much better system for mounting the HDDs. All else on the inside is about the same and on the outside, well the difference is obvious.

Silverstone replaced their originals stock with the Penetrators. If the case is new, it will have Penetrators.

All good, I was going by the Newegg pics as well as a few others.

If it comes with them then all is well. Lots of added value for that case if they include 3 of them.

Silverstone includes the Air Penetrators in all their new FT02s. Pisses off some of the older owners but what can you do, progress is good. Between those cases I like the FT02 look myself. Best air cooling case available.

Yes, yes, like the other people said...the hard drive bay is different. Make sure you get the new revision for the penetrator fans!

amazon. Be aware that they are planning to update the ports to usb 3.0. You will be able to buy it separately also.

Amazon, they don't keep a lot of stock in storage. They usually make enough orders with the manufacturer to keep up with the demand.

if you order thru amazon dont use the free supersaver shipping, i made that mistake ended up canceling my order for the windowed version due to them selling out prior to my order getting shipped, got the non windowed version in 5 days using normal shipping .

Best case for Air, worst case for Water. Just saying.

The FT02 also comes with sound deadening foam.

The new RV02s all come with the FT02 interior.

The old RV02s had the crappy HDD cage and an extra PCI expansion slot
