Buying new mobo and need help

hi i want to buy a new mobo so i can overclock my system cuz i have an asus mobo that came with my hp computer
i want to spend about 100$ or less

i think its compitable with my cpu but i dont know

I'd stick with an ASUS or other well-known brand if I were you. ASUS makes some great Intel OCing boards as far as I know, although I'm not too knowledgable about Intel boards, so maybe someone else can give better advice.
