Buying new monitor, need advise!

I am going to buy a new monitor when I purchase my new system.
Any recommendations on good monitors? I would primarily be gaming on it.

-Can't be bigger than 25"
-Under $400

What should I be looking for?

The 22" sure is a nice monitor.. had a look at it myself at a local store when I was out hunting for a new monitor.. really good monitor.. nice and bright colors, good response time..
