So I know this is such an obscure program but I am in search of some help. We at work use CA Service Desk for out tickets when people have IT related problems. Anyway every time we 'close' a ticket the user that posted the ticket gets a small survey on how we did and all that. So I was wondering if anyone out there uses the program if there is anyway to find out our rating. I'm not going to die if I don't find it but this is an important part of work so I want to make sure I am doing a good job and if not which parts I need to improve. I was also wondering if there is a way to look up old tickets that were closed to see if those can help with future issues. OCN, I do thank you for your time and for your help.
