I'm working with the AZZA Helios 910 and a Corsair Builder CX600 psu.
There's two graphic card power cables and I don't need to use them so I coil them up and zip tie, shove them into a corner. It's very functional but it looks trashy.
Isn't there something, a box or wrap or anything to stuff cables into so they don't look so messy? I need some ideas here.

if you have room and holes on the panal the mother board is on, run them behind there and use zip ties to secure them, its what i did on my haf 932

Hmm, that might work. The Helios 910 has a narrow space on the right side panel so the plastic connectors on the cable might be too thick and may need to poke back on the front side.

How much space is there behind the board? between the board plate and the side panel?

I would be sorely tempted to cut some holes and route the cables behind the board if there is space as Razzal suggested

Well, that could solve part of the problem. I think I'd like some type of cover for the cable mess coming out of the psu. Like a 3 sided open ended thing, probably metal, that I can zip tie down over them.
