Ok can anyone tell me how to 30 - Accelerate Your WinXP by Speeding Diskcache (takin from the windows guid) using cacheman? i can't figure it out too well.

if you have over 1gb of ram I would turn off your paging file entirely or set it to a static size on a separate hard disk drive controller. check out my guide on my sig for more info on this. Also turn off indexing on all of your partitions/drives except your main drive.
