Yep
. It is the helio display Basically its compressed air pumped out of a little box and they project on it with a simple projector. I saw one. it isn't that cool. Its just 2d. It was still pretty cool. We made one at our work using a simple projector and dry ice blown out of a box with a grate on top. I wonder what they used though. Once it is intereactive it might make sense
.
The plasma barely worked. NEC had a really cool display that was interactive. it was a wall mounted projector that has 5 mirrors on it that allow it to be right above the screen and it fixes the keystone perfectly. Think about mounting a projector right against the wall. that is exactly what this one was. Then you had a battery powered stylus and a sensor you put on the corner of the screen. After it was set up you could write on the screen and the stylus tip detected when it was on the surface. It also allowed you to click on items by pushing th stylus into the surface. and it had a right click that was like a click pens button. The screen they used was a wall they painted white. I didn't take a video of it though.
