I have a AMD Athlon X4 880k on a ASRock A88M-G/3.1 FM2+ / FM2 A88X (Bolton D4) Micro ATX Motherboard and a ASUS Radeon R9 380 4gig as well as a XFX Radeon R7 370 4gig with a EVGA 120-G1-0750-RX 80 PLUS GOLD 750W ps with 3 AOC 27 inch monitors.

So I ask how well with they cross fire and if they even will play nice together?

No. The 370 is the 10,875th iteration of Pitcairn and the 380 is Tonga. Totally different GPU's, they do not crossfire together.

the r7 370 is a HD 7850 GCN1.0 GPU with 1024SP, the r9 380 is a r9 285 GCN3.0 GPU with 1792Sp, you only can crossfire the r9 380 with a 380/380x or r9 285(but dont get a 285 due to the vram unless the 380 is 2GB), and the r7 370 only can be crossfire with a HD 7850,HD7870,R7 265, R9 270(x), R9 370

No point in having both.
They do not crossfire with each other.
Sell the 270x.
