Can I use my old 150W psu to function as this to power this?

So basically I want to use my psu to act as that AC to DC converter, so I can use my psu with that charger. Will it work? If yes, would I just strip some wires on the psu and buy this to solder to the wires, then plug the psu into the charger? Which wires would I need to strip?

it would work. As long as the PSU has more then 4 amps on the 12v rail.
