Why only 4 GHz? Based on what we just found out about it, I would take it to the max.

I confused this thread with another thread discussing the CX750. I apologize.

I wouldn't trust this Raidmax PSU at all.

Based on wattage you should be perfectly fine.

The problem is with the quality of the unit and how much actual power it can safely provide.

Raidmax isn't know to make good PSUs, unfortunately.

Depends what else you have running. A 2500k iGPU system will not use more than 250 watts.
If you have a graphics card that is powerful, don't push the voltage very much.

I edited my post to explain that I had this thread confused with another one. I apologize.

I wouldn't trust this Raidmax PSU (or any Raidmax PSU for that matter).
