Can i up the voltage moar? (pics)

My question is this, even though i have the voltage rating at 1.38v within the BIOS, can i up the voltage more? I need to do this because although everything is stable, my sound is skipping/crackling as it does with overclocking, i have found that with my cpu i have to have the voltage to speed ratio just right for perfect sound. Here are some screenies...

Im not sure about amd, but intel 65nm can go up to 1.5V

yes you can definitely increase the volt. you can use upto 1.55 extreme max'ed out. id just make sure to stress test your current oc settings so that youre stable.
