MD? Like Medical advice? If so, I think it's fine. I think we all can just direct people to the right places and personal experiences. Unless you are talking about something else.

As TestECull says the potential for lawsuits. For example if someone gives advice and it harms the member in some way whether intended or not OCN is responsible as we allowed that information to stay

Krunk is too, that's kinda why I suggested it here. Perhaps this will start the engine behind the rule change machine.

The Derp McDerp that tries to get serious medical advice from a computer hardware forum deserves whatever happens. Nobody needs a lawsuit, the guy taking the advice seriously needs common sense.
