Can you crossfire 4870 1gb with a 512mb 4870?

Just that the 512 version is cheaper then the 1gb, would it change anything, or does both cards need the same amount of ram?.

Also my tt toughpower750 only has another pcie connector spare and would need another can I use another lead that converts to pcie?.

Yes..but you'll only have 512mb of available memory.
Yes you can use the pci-e adapter.

Thanks, may as well get 1gb then lol, won't buy yet havent got the cash but will one day when prices drop a bit.
