I noticed my HIS 6950 has opengl 3.2 and I wanted to crossfire it, But I most likely was going to do one with a more decent HSF to go up top and they are all opengl 4.1.

Is that going to create some kind of conflict?

Impossible. All 6950s have the exact same GPU chip with the exact same specifications. 3.2 is a typo, you can be sure

Because, the supported version of OpenGL, along with DirectX, depends on the Graphic Processor, which is the same for all cards of the same model number. (namely, the Cayman Pro chip.)

All 6950s, no matter the brand, have Cayman Pro. And all Cayman Pro support the exact same OpenGL and DirectX
