Well if you image the whole OSs in a way that you could use to backup on the system say on a new drive then yes. A turn back will capture all files needed including the bootloader.

there is a case that really has been taking my brain for a while, that I need your thought for it, and here it's :
if I dual-boot, or triple boot XP, Vista, and Win7, and then I imaged all the 3 OSs, in case I needed to recover the image of XP for example, would that kill the boot-loader of vista and win7 ??
