I purchased my opty 165 from Monarchcomputers on Oct 22nd... When I did, there was one in stock and I thought I had nabed it (the price was $153 OEM(it was $170 at newegg but it was out of stock))

Its been 2 weeks now, and my order status still says that its in the processing stage! And its been in stock there for a good half a week! I ordered all my other parts from newegg a week ago and they arrived in 4 days...

I've sent an email 2 days ago demanding an update of some sort and haven't gotten anything.... The opty 165 is back in stock at newegg (retail) for $159... I'm quite unsatisfied with Monarch's service... should I just cancel my order and snag it from Newegg?

yah, companies who stink when it comes to service really don't deserve our support or money... I'm just so ticked... I could have had this awesome rig set up by now if Monarch would have shipped my order in a timely fashion
