Stuff intended for LGA1156/1366 and AM3 should work fine in your 790i. You might need to do some tweaking of timings, but (unbuffered, non-ecc) DDR3 is DDR3.
Cannot find any DDR3 whcih is compatable with my EVGA 790i ultra SLI
Since all the core i7s and phenoms. I cant find any ram which is compatable with my 790i mobo. I live in the Uk and if anyone could find any ram that is compatable i would be eternally grateful.
