You can post in there no matter what, you just have to have 75 REP to start a thread.

not trying to start any thing. but when did this rule go into effect?

http://www.overclock.net/showthread.php?t=10755

and is there any way one could make a request to admin for an exception, maybe w/ proof of good ebay feedback.

Id realy rather give someone here a chance at this PSU for a good price first.

Sorry about that!

There was a glitch which made it so that some members could not post in advertising threads. This was not meant to happen.

The only rule is that you must have 75 rep in order to create a new thread in that forum. Please let me know if you are still having an issue posting.

thats fare enough, i mean, this site is no ebay and admin doesn't want people to use the site like it's a trading place.

I think it's a good rule (now how many reps do i have)
