The title says it all. Will RAM sinks help me push my RAM speed higher?

not erally, it would help if you gave us some info though, like what your current speeds are and what kinda of cooling and the cards temps idle/load.

Stock Speed--500MHz 3d core, 300MHz 2d core, 1GHz RAM
Current Speed--550MHz 3d core, 325MHz 2d core, 1.07GHz RAM
Temps--Idle 44, Load 65
All stock cooling, AS5 on the GPU. I should be able to push my RAM further, though, right? Any ideas?

I would check if the ram is getting really warm-hot. If it is then ramsinks should help a bit. But yes, you should be able to overclock your ram father as usually 1150 is even easy for 6600GT's and many run over 1200.

What are the indications that you can't push it more?
Artifacts? crashes? tearing?
Oh, is it PCIe or AGP?
