Can't view OCN! Help needed badly.

Ok, about 48hrs ago I was able to access: www.overclock.net & http://den-a.plr.liquidcompass.cc/et...er.php?id=KQRC . But for some reason now I can't connect to them. I have tried everything I have read to: resetting modem and router (let them sit for 10mins), reset defaults on router, Clear DNS cache, scan for viruses, connect directly to modem, restart computer, check firewall (I even turned it off). Some of you may be thinking that possibly both those sites are just down. They weren't/aren't. I also checked to see if this was isolated to my computer. It isn't. Every computer on my home network is having that problem. I have pretty much narrowed it down to ISP or Modem. I could have possibly overlooked something tho like I generally do. My router is a Linksys WRT54G v5 and my modem is a Westell B90 Rev. D DSL Modem. I have another modem which is a VisionNet M404, but it needs to be bridged to work and I don't know how to do that. I have tried 3 different browsers without any luck (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome). I did just now figure out that I can view both of the stated sites (obviously I posted this lol) through www.ibypass.com, if that helps any. Any ideas? If you can please help me I would thank you so much. If guys need any more info, all you got to do is ask lol.

Clear your browser cache then put those DNS server ip's in your router than everything will load better

Did you run traceroute to see where the problem lies?

Yep, looks like a network link went out somewhere around Chicago. Nothing to do with OCN, and nothing to do with your ISP. And nothing you can do until the network gnomes fix it.

Or ask to speak to Tier Two Tech support, then tell them a Network link is down and then ask to speak with Level Three. Then tell Level three so they can call the appropriate people.

Of all the websites to lose connection too... It had to be OCN. Well atleast www.ibypass.com lets me connect to it. So it isn't a total loss.
I would give rep but I can't while using this proxy mirror.

Try http://www.stupidcensorship.com/ (and uncheck Remove client-side scripting).

Nope, just typed in overclock.net and it worked. The relay in Chicago or whatever must have been put back online. I don't know.
