So i have the chance to trade my Samsung Galaxy S for a HTC HD7. Is it worth it?

The Captivate isn't that bad when you flash a new ROM to it. The stock ROM sucks and GPS is horrible. But when you flash it, it becomes a better device.

If you're not into Windows Phone 7, then give Android a try.
I know the Captivate sells for 250$. I'm not sure what the HD7 goes for.

I already have the Captivate and tried a lot of ROMs so i got a bit bored lol. Not sure bout Windows Phone 7 OS but its something i want to try. Also like you said Captivate sells for a very low price and HTC should sell for at least $300.
Personally, I think the MetroUI & Windows Phone 7 look amazing. I would love to give it a try. It's different and new, but it's something worth testing out.
I waa just checking my local kijiji and prices for HTC HD7 are ~ $100 higher so even if i dont like it i should get more $ back. Also my PC looks like this so i think i am going to like it.
Is the Inspire or Atrix a option? Maybe its just my roots in me, but id never even lift up a Windows 7 phone. I <3 Win7 pc. But MS, sorry u cant make cells for crap.
Are you kidding? If you haven't played with Windows Phone 7 yet, you have no right to bash it.
I just got it. As far as the OS and the OS only its makes Froyo 2.2 feel like Windows 95.
