I would say no, don't buy a block, unless you don't mind losing 35$ + shipping for a used block.

Oberon, your radiator looks normal and has RoHS lead free paint/low solvent as well --- I would use o-ring seal plugs to seal ports and soak in hot water (140f - 60c) and dish detergent to clean OUTSIDE

vinegar will strip paint -- DO NOT allow any soap inside radiator and complete rinse with warm water after 1 hour soak

unpleasant radiator paint smell now the norm

thanks dude, The 800D literally feels like a wall next to me, I have to say that it is perfect for a watercooling beginner like me though. I am a huge fan of the phantom and I think my next build will probably be in one
