So the case on my sig is what im using now, but over the year that i have had it, its been moved around and it seems to be breaking here and there. I also want to cut the fan grills off smoothly but im not too sure what would be the best method to do so. Another thing i need is quieter fans, im currently running all 140cfm Panflos and at first i loved them, but now that ive moved to a bigger apartment, my case echos thru the bedroom with all the ruckus the fans make. Can you guys recommend the following...

1) Case fans X3

2) A method for cutting out the fan grills

3) Should i even bother and just buy a new case?

PS - The front panel is somewhat broken as its flimsy and annoying.

Not too sure i want to go water cooling anytime soon, but i have been looking at the CM HAF simply cause i think it looks very...tough. This P180 is just so crappy in the way it is built. I have attempted to cut out the fan grills, what do you guys recommend for cleaning it up and making it look better and hide the sharp edges as well. I also already have a fan controller, its set to the slowest i can make these fans but they are still pretty loud.
