Has anyone had any luck getting any repsonses back from Caselabs customer service? I have reached out to them twice within the last week with no luck. I ordered a S8 case from them 7 weeks back and need to know if they are running behind schedule.
Use the in-site mailing form in the future (just input your order number), they will see your query from there.
And since i'm replying, they are a bit, they got a lot more orders than they anticipated with the new chassis revisions.
However this doesn't mean it affects your case in specific, you'd need to either wait for Jim to come here or mail Travis and ask
I think they are very overwhelmed atm, because I have a sent a couple email , just sent another, both to Travis and recently CS and haven't gotten a reply yet, and I believe I am at over 7 weeks on my case which when ordered said 6 so.....
