Cheap gaming build

Hey. I don't know where to post this, but if figured Ill put it here since i'm going with amd.
So I want to build a REALLY cheap pc that would be able of running gta IV on at least medium settings comfortably. I want to take advantage of newegg sales and 10% cashback.
I need:
-a power supply
-a proceesor
-ram ddr2 most likely 4gb or 2 if its enough for gta IV
-motherboard
-video card
I've been thinking about getting one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.281797 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.281798 .
I dont really need the case, but since you can have it for $25 in the combo i thought why not.
As for the video card I was thinking of http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-287-_-Product .
Please help me, keeping in mind that I'm a broke @ss high school student. I'm all confused, so I'm counting on your help.

first two links are broken as for the video card 128bit is not that great as i know for a fact but lets wait for some other opinions first
You'll need to spend an awfull lot of money on a PC to get it to run GTA IV even at medium settings. The 4670 is not the way to go.

How much are you willing to spend?
They've just deactivated the combos. So nevermind them.
The processors i was thinking of: AMD Athlon II X3 425 or Amd Athlon II x2 250.
I've seen many videos on youtube of gta 4 running quite well on lower end computers. Example(specs in the description of the vid):

I don't need to have the game running in full hd with everything maxed out. Like I said above, medium or even low-medium settings wouldnt be bad as long as the pc is cheap and it runs smoothly.
I'd like to spend not more than $250-300.
With GTA IV, the more cores the better. If you can get the quad @ 99 then I'd do it. As for cards...you're probably going to need to spend close to 100$ on that too.

If you're really budget concerned but want decent gaming results I'd definitely get the X3 athlon II and a 1GB DDR3 ATI card. The 4670 fits into that, but if you can find a 4770 or a 4850 on sale then I'd definitely get one of those. RAM @ mobo together spending 100$ will most likely only get you 2GB. I'll check newegg for some more combos and let you know what I come up with.
errr i would not recommend that gpu but the rest looks fairly solid. whats your harddrive? thats the slowest piece of the computer might affect loads and autosaves alot, i personally hate ingame autosaves that pause your game for like 2 mins
I wouldn't either, but what else are you gonna get at that price range? the 9600gt is at least 20$ more and is the closest competitor. Unless you step up to around 100$ that's the best you're gonna get.
I'm thinking x3 720 might be his best bet @ 119.99$. The 620 x4 might perform better in GTA 4 Though.

For video card, 5770 will last you a long time, but it might be a little bit out of your budget.

This is what I'm buying right now for Newegg's Black Friday sale. Add a vid card (4870/4890), PSU (500w or so), and a case. Voila, one of the best value PCs out there.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I'm just going to have to save up some money and put the build on hold and go with something better later on. Just bought my first car and put all my money into it. Should of bought an old civic lol Thanks again.
