Hi, I'm in NJ, and I'm a broke student w/ low paying job. I just dumped a bunch of money on my sig rig...(yes i am ******ed) so I think maybe its best to just get a prepaid phone? I was looking at the Nokia 2760 w/ t-mobile. I dont know which plan would be best. I make very few phonecalls. Anyone have suggestions for a phone? T-mobile, verizonwireless etc?
the LG scoop with the alltel prepaid plan is rlly good i use to have it the phone only cost $50 and the plan is for unlimited text and free night and weekends and it cost like $15 a month
Get the Virgin Mobile Rumor 2 phone. $29.99 for I believe 400 Anytime and 1000 Night and Weekend minutes and $19.99 more for unlimited texting. So $50.
Or the Boost Mobile Slider phone, $50 unlimited everything.
Or find a sidekick and get the Sidekick PrePaid which is $1 per day for unlimited browsing, texting, IM, basically all data. It's still $0.15 per minute for calls though.
yeah i ended up getting a Samsung slider t-239 w/ t-mobile 1000 minutes for 100 bucks. it was like $175 total. the minutes dont expire for a year. I barely use a cellphone so it should be okay until i decide to get a 2 yr oplan.
ah. i was going to suggest Net10. you can get a $30 card AND phone for $30. its 10 cents a minute and i think the minutes last up until 30 or 90 days (cant remember)
sweet avatar btw. i had the same pic as my fb profile pic a while back. machida ftw (not sure about that rua fight though....)
Check out Cricket. I think there's a generous unlimited plan for $45 a month that even includes free international texting. Whatever you do, just opt for any of the "premium network" choices, especially if you leave the area.
