well the akasa stuff is pretty crappy but <i>should</i> drop temps a little bit <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">

hmmm, sorry to highjack, but i bought a Zalman NB cooler (passive), to go with an A8N-Deluxe, but due to circumstances it died quickly and i know have an A8N-SLi Premium with a passive Asus cooler. Should i fit the new NB cooler?

oohh its just a fan, erm it might look cool in a window'd case but at only 5 cfm of air being pushed id be shocked if it helped temps <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">

I have one of them blue akasa fans on my passive <a href="http://www.brokerdesk.de/online/images/kuh/zm-nb32j_2_small.gif" target="_blank">Zalman NB32</a>, works a treat<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Thumb">

Looks decent, generally anything with a fan will beat anything without a fan. </div>I think the Evercool VC-RE will do a better job that that as its all copper.<br />

Generally anything is better then a stock heatsink minus the new DFI boards which seem to use a Evercool VC-RE lol.<br />
