yep, theres alot of mobo has the same layout. evga, xfx, etc..

Companys like Jetway and ECS produce boards for other companies under private label agreements, and are just rebranded boards of the same design as their own. They may change slot colors heatsinks ect... but the circuits, electronic and chips are actually the same.
