so my goal is to get a cluster [well not exactly] setup for cpu emulation [so as to try and test operating systems (possibly for different cpus)]

Goals:

1. software is completely free
2. ANYTHING can be added as node [like a 2003 hp, and then a 98 gateway]
3. client nodes [that support it] are booted through network
4. sky is the limit

1 and 4 are easy if i new what i was doing its 2 & 3 thats the
