I've been working on the heatsink for stevenma188, but keep running into an issue..I keep breaking endmills(cutters). They are kinda thin, so they snap pretty easy. I've got a carbide one that I need to put in a shrink-fit holder. I'll post some pics of progress so far tomorrow.

That's some nice work you've done there. I work in a machine shop and I've messed around with a few parts of my own.
Here's a mem sink I did for my 8500GT last year.

Not my best work, just one of the few pics I have still.

Couple quick questions: What program are you using for design and program work? And what kinda mill ya got?

Sorry man. If you need anything from OCN, let us know.

Sounds like a good choice. Build some computers or something... Always helps take my mind off things... Or just gets me really pissed... But either way, it gives me something to do.

Sorry about your dad.

http://www.tunerspotter.com/random/lol.pdf <-- I was able to extract some lines from that image on the 2nd page. Could you cut that out on the CNC? I used to work on the mill and lathe at my high school so it shouldn't be that hard. We also had a Roland GX-24, and a Dimension 1200es printer that were good for making complex logos and designs. I would mail out a ton of OCN stickers but I don't have access to the printer anymore(teacher died).

If you have Roland CutStudio, here is the raw CST file.

For some reason my file host won't host a CST file... so once you download it, change the OCN2.pdf extention so that it reads OCN2.cst.

I've been wanting to run something like that. ILl be putting my old waterjet in the job shop side, so that may be a project soon. I'll be back in the shop goofing off tomorrow, finishing up other projects for OCN'rs(stevenma188 and radodrill; thanks for your patience, guys), and an OCN logo is high on the list for new projects.
