cod waw unspecified path

I installed cod waw fine, then i start installing patches. I get to patch 1.3 and it says can not find specified path. When i installed the first two the same path.So i uninstalled the game and it did it again. I have no clue why its doing this. So i try to play the game and it doest even do anything i click the application and it does nothing. So i got program files then to Activision. Then click on codwaw all the files are there but i cant play or anything *** . i have no clue why its doing this.
