There are some great "OEM'' open boxMBs at the egg but... you get no extras, just the MB. Yes they are new when it says "OEM" openbox, there bulk packaged in large quanties.
like the one below from AMD/939 ... page4
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813136158R

DFI for FTW, lots of options in the BIOS and lots of people who know that MB and how to OC it!

DFI FTW - Its owns.

I Have had my Lan Party Ultra D for less than a week and I allready love it - so many options for overclocking - I got my 3700+ to 3Ghz on 11*275 within 6mins off me putting the build together

No upping it 5Mhz at a time - I went from 200-275HTT with no problems.

And the package they give you -

1. The box is sexy 2. The yellow rounded IDEs + orange Sata's are sexy 3. Get a UV led or cathode and you will drool with the mem slots and what not. 4. It can prob overclock a P1 300Mhz to 3ghz if they made socket939 p1's lol

So as you can see IMO get a Ultra D

I dont know if it is in your price range but i ordered this one not to long ago. From what i read its a lot like the DFI except not as pickey about RAM. Its a really nice board and got good reviews. I had to flash the BIOS but thats all. Its VERY stable.
Have it, love it. Make sure to buy a chipset cooler if you buy this, or get a backup fan from ASUS as soon as you get it. The chipset fan WILL go out, not a matter of if it will, it's a matter of how long. Other than that, it's a great board. (the fan on mine went out after 6 months, asus 3-day shipped a replacement for free.)
