Comp. won't turn off

Everytime I try to shut down my computer; it ends up reseting itself and I don't understandy why. I reset the cmos and still does it.

Go into the bios and DISABLE wake on lan,wake on ping.

the only thing I see on bios is Marvell Gigabit LAN. Is that it?

no, thats how youre getting on the net lol, dont turn that off, have you scanned for virii? sounds like windows has a brain fart.

No,It will be in a sub menu I think its in the integraded perif. section
