I have recently got a Insignia NS-R2001 receiver for $100 and I knew that this receiver was basicly the same as the Sherwood RX-4109 since I use to own one before but is this Insignia really exactly the same but just the interface is difference? According to what I see it looks exactly the same and weighs the same also even the back of the receiver is the same as RX-4109. I can't find much info about if they are basicly same built receiver just one is from Best Buy and one is Sherwood. If the Best Buy one is made cheapers then I should go buy the Sherwood and return the NS-R2001. But I assume that are both the same right? I just want to make sure the NS-R2001 will last as long as the RX-4109 from Sherwood if you took care of it.

Private label (ie. re branded) components are often "cheapened up" versions of a manufacturer's standard component.
Really, the only way to tell is to look at the circuit boards and other internal parts.

Of course the specifications may be different too.
