I scored a black friday mini for my girl, it's bone stock for now, minus the bloatware crap they put on it (not really a ton of that, luckily)
As a mini-review, I will say it is pretty great!
It does hulu and youtube fullscreen (non-HD) just fine, she loves watching the office and other 'net stuff with headphones. The speakers are decent for the size of the thing, just as good as any fullsize but still not fantastic. I have not yet tried to display the picture on a larger monitor or tv, that might not work as well.
With 1Gb RAM it is still snappy using Firefox, after all the bloat has been turned off/removed. It may get a future RAM upgrade, but for now it seems fine. It does not take long to load programs or move files, from my experience. It is much faster than her old 1.6ghz P-M Dell with 512mb RAM. It seems faster than my 1.8ghz P-M with 1Gb RAM for some things, but gets blown away by the radeon 9700 pro 128mb graphics card.
Overall, anybody who can score a decent netbook for under $200 is getting a deal. I really like the large keyboard, "feels" much bigger/better than most of the competitors and the keys are in the right place. It will definitely perform most daily computer functions at a good pace and weighs practically nothing. With a six cell battery it would be a good 'most of the day' unit. She has already started using it to write papers, etc instead of the 15.6" Dell
