This was the guide I followed:

http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=85161

I have not been able to run the card yet, so I can't tell you how it works yet. I still have to finish my rig for the case mod comp. I will update it once I get the numbers.

uber leet haxor!
hope it works and will not burn like other peoples 7800/7900 series cards lol
Hurry up and run that thing! I wanna see if all that work really gets you a decent performance boost... I've pretty much given up on my 7800GT except for trying out a VF900 and re-voltmodding it again, but I doubt I'll get more than 500/1300 if I'm lucky

Do a write up on the black PCB layout
I'm doing one on my eVGA, and it's a totally different PCB layout.

Can't wait to see your results. I'm using a Maze4 as well, and hoping for somewhere around 650/1350

IF you can manage to get 650 (IF), then I suggest you don't keep it there very long as you'll probably be putting about 1.6-1.7 volts through that baby, and that is bound to hurt. Personally, I'd say you might get 540, might. But that may even be a bit out of range.

What voltage do you plan on running?

Yeah, I'm not sure is 650 is plausible lol..

I will be running mine at 1.6-1.7V

Dude, you can run 1.75v all day with wcing

Besides, I'm a 530 with 1.5v

Ah. Well make sure you feed it what it needs to get it benchmark stable so we can see what a heavily OC'd 7800GT can really do

Heh... the sad part is that it'll probably just scrape the lower end of what a normally OC'd 7900GT can pull off

If you can pull off 1.75v while keeping the temps under control, then yea I guess you could run that high. But if it were my card, I wouldn't test it for any longer than it takes to run 3DM06. You won't get 650 though...I can almost garauntee that... unfortunately :-\\
