Rules:

2. Share with us a neat creation you made. (Poem, photo, artwork, craft, cake, shirt, case mod etc; - if you made it it's valid)
3. Note which game you're interested in. (Pick only one)
4. Thursday November 16 at 12 Noon, I will compile three separate draws for each game using random.org and select the winners.

Well I made some ribs and actually this works very well for any grilled meats
Season with salt and garlic pepper and any other spices you wish to use and let marinate for at least half hour, 1 day would be best
I normally go with salt first and let it sit for a bit and start drawing the water out of the meat, then apply the other seasonings that way they stick to the meat better
Now this the differentiator here, take some peanut butter add add some water to make a paste, you might need to warm it up on stove or microwave
Use this paste to baste the ribs/meat/chicken whatever, and throw it on the grill or oven for some loow and sloow cookin and tell me how u like it
After you get the meat sweats
