I don't know. People use dedicated monitors for their carputers. Like Lilliput.

I know there is an awesome website for all of this. Can't remember the name.

Yeah I've looked into using a dedicated monitor, but I was just wondering if the touchscreen on this would work in the A/V mode that way I wouldn't have to purchase a new monitor

Most likely not.
Look in the manual for that and see if theres an input cable for the touchscreen support, probably USB.
The screen would probably work. but not the touchy part of it.

It would work, yes. But I don't think the touch screen part of it will work as a mouse like you would want.

If he has an engine management system hooked to a small computer. I know NISMO has downloadable programs, and then you can get the umbilical to plug into the EMS.
