Your ram speed is linked to your FSB. If you raise FSB, you raise ram speed. Motherboards use a divider to offset this. Some kick in automatically to compensate (often overcompensate) for your rise in FSB. Find you divider, or ratio settings in bios and adjust to your preference.

I took the time and found pics of your BIOS screens.
Go to your "Advanced" tab and select "Overclock Configuration" here

Set your DRAM frequency to "[533MHz (DDR2 1066) ]
You may have to adjust the "Strap FSB to MCH" Setting to do this

thank you StretchNuts, iv'e managed to change the DRAM frequency to 533MHz (DDR2 1066) the timing's on the ram it's self said 5 5 5 15, but im sure i read some where that 4 4 4 12. would be better timings. afetr changing a few option's im still having problems.
