"svchost.exe (netsvcs)" is keeping my cpu from throttling down and it's staying locked at 4.7 ghz (normally idles at 1600 mhz). Anyone know of a way to stop it from doing this crap? I killed everything non essential, but the only way to get CPU at idle is to manually kill this process tree.

Remember the episode of Breaking Bad when Walt flips out over the fly in the lab? It's like that...I'm going mad gents, please help!

SOLVED: After some digging, it turned out to be stupid piece of crap adobe updater. Opened task scheduler and deleted both adobe tasks, reboot, and all is well.
