My card fan has this incredibly obnoxious sound that's driving me crazy. What's the cheapest cooler, that's at least decent that I can get before I throw it out of the window?

VF900 Zalman, assuming it is the 8800gs rebrand (G92), and not the cut-down 9600gt (G94).

I have one on (now my friend's) 8800gs. Kept it cool, and silent. I paid 20usd for it, but they run for about 35usd at Fry's.

Temps never exceded 45C, even during 24/7 [email protected] (a heavy CUDA application).
