Depends on the case really, most midtowers should fit the big air coolers. Sound cards are usually PCI (which is the same as PCIx1 I think). The rampage mobo should have multiple pci slots

What case are you going to get? Because it all depends with what your dimensions are. As for the rampage, the sound card will fit in the pci-e x1 slot closest to your I/O ports.
If you have a decent mid sized case, go with the Prolimatech Megahalems and buy a 38mm or 2 25mm thick fans to stick on there and you will get great temps. If you need suggestions for fans or coolers, Check out my guide in my signature or pm me for more help
