I'm looking to get a C3 965 and the corsair H50. How much could I get for my cooler and CPU

From what I hear the C3 phenms are makng it to 4ghz on air. You think it would be worth gettng the H50 or just keeping my V8
The H50 is a good bit better than the V8.
Plus it looks cool and takes up very little space in you case.
I say get the H50.
