When I mean coolest I mean runs cool everywhere on the board. Including Mosfets and all other chipsets.

I am amazed that most Mobo companies do not add some sort of cooling to there mosfets and R## chips. Those things get so hot they can catch something on fire
.

So with that in mind.

What's the coolest Mobo(no water cooling
)

There is passive cooling on all mosfets. Their temps depend upon the airflow and the air from your cpu hs/f. If your worried just add a spot cool. I heard that most Gigabyte boards run cooler than their competitors though.
The Gigabyte EP-45 UD3P

"Gigabyte has done what they set out to do with the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P. This motherboard combines the features of the P45 chipset, the performance that one expects from a Gigabyte board and the new Ultra Durable 2 technology which lowers temperatures across the board. The motherboard is a good unit worthy of a Hot Product award as the first Ultra Durable 3 motherboard on the market at this time. The 2 oz of copper on the board definitely help keep temperatures down and the performance is right up there with the other P45 chipset motherboards. With temperatures of up to 10 degrees lower than other boards on this chipset in operation according to RealTemp, this board does exactly what Gigabyte advertises."

Not everything has to run cool.... some of the components are designed to run up to like 105C.

The DFI boards are known for running quite cool

This is the 750SB one so you can overclock that 9850BE really nicely

Yeah, but the mosfets need some love. They run too hot on the board I have. They cause system shut downs when my CPU is OC.

Well pretty comparable, still a great board you linked there. Just a slightly different chipset. Still has the important SB750 so yeah, I would have no problems recommending that board.

I had been eyeballing it since it was in open box.

Plus it has the 8x8 CF support which is nice.
